    The white car shouldn’t have done that but the black car was speeding and didn’t have enough time to react to his mistake because of his speed.

    It’s both drivers fault. The one with the camera looks to be speeding and the other car that pulled out from the side of the road chances are didn’t look. If the car with the camera slowed the down this accident wouldn’t have happened cause he’d have time to stop.
