Slash Bodies

Traxxas Slash Bodies come any number of companies. Traxxas is one, they offer replacement bodies for the Slash 2wd and 4×4. Pro Line is another company that offers bodies for the Slash. Usually a little more expensive, but the designs are original look cool. Jconcepts is the maker of the Illuzion Slash bodies. I think they make the best bodies. On my Slash 4×4, the Illuzion body has held up the best. They seem thicker more rigid then the other bodies I have gone through.
TheTraxxas Slash baja Body is the body on my Slash that gets the most run time. Although it doesn’t look like a truck, it has some serious benefits.
First, it doesn’t parachute when you jump. Not at all. With the open front, air just goes right though. Next, it opens the front wheels up preventing some crashes. The open front wheels on this Slash Body also help you in landing. You can see the front wheels so you know right when to get on the break to land smooth.
